How many NSC'ers made it successfully through the London Marathon ballot today? I was very lucky and will be running my second London Marathon in 2023. Excited but very much thinking about all those icy cold early morning runs!

Has anyone / everyone had their Worthing Half Race packs through yet? I signed up late but they said they were sending them out last week and nothings arrived yet.

Parkrun tourism continued today with the very wet and muddy Banbury Parkrun. Pleased with my 24 min time and that completes a 100 mile month for me.

1.51 for me. Going for sub 2 hours so well chuffed with that. A new 10k PB on the the way too. Well done everyone who ran. Hope the guy that stacked it into a traffic cone at full pelt is ok!!

BBC weather has temp as 0deg at the start on Sunday, but feels like -5 with the wind. Hurrah!

Good work. Eastboune is my home Parkrun - I adopted it due to it being very flat!! I didn’t even know there was a ‘most travelled’ list. That will be my aim post-Brighton Half!

Guest appearance for me at Cannon Hill Parkrun in Birmingham this morning. A good performance overall, and fastest mile PB for me at 7.43 (twice in the 5k). Well pleased with that.

The half marathon training started this morning. Only 70 days to go! If anyone can’t make their Brighton Half place for any reason - let me know!
