    What on earth are you on about? The Guardian is run by public-school and Oxbridge educated white males (it's only just appointed its first female editor in 200 years). You'd have to be some sort of looney to think that it's anti-male or anti-white. Oh ......

    ... except that the Guardian is a long, long way from being a far left newspaper. It's positively hostile to Corbyn and backed the Lib Dems in the election before last. It's a centre-left paper, the sort of English equivalent of Le Monde in France or El Pais in Spain.

    You don't need a degree to be a journalist, in fact, I was told forty years ago that it was a disadvantage. But I'm not sure what the issue is with this story? It's a good story whether you have a degree or not
