So if a fox were to poo in your garden every night, that would be acceptable because it's not owned by someone who should be telling it not to go there or would you whine about that too. (its not fair, i have to do some maintainance on my property whaa whaa whaa.....
Or maybe just maybe, cats...
You could always pick up the mess with a trowel or other tool that you oalready own (it's highly likely the property owner has one as they have a garden) and throw the offending waste into a bin (which it's emptying is already covered in the council rates.)
result - Zero cost to the home owner.
We could of course move onto dogs and the fact that their existance as pets does a lot of damage to the enviroment and we could contribute more to 'saving the planet' by getting rid of them all. The main reason, Dog food and all the meat production required to feed these pets with usually no...
So whats next, telling creatures in the rainforest where they can and can't go? seeing as we are at the top of the chain. (my comment is just as ridiculous as yours)
And humans have the right to decide where animals can and can't go? - how do you know they don't think that the neighbours are the ones trespassing on their territory
What harm does a cat do by going into a garden? This discussion is about stopping them going into a garden so if someone doesn't want any to into there, regardless of whether they left anything behind or not so why should the owner have to pay to stop them?
Should the owners charge their...

What would you do if protected wild (song)birds were crapping in your garden, you'd ignore it and accept it as a part of everyday life. You could try to limit it (scarecrows, etc) but probably won't eliminate it completely so maybe you have to accept that cats are probably gonna crap in your...
Cats have been domestic animals since 7500 BC and they haven't found a way to do it yet so i when it comes to being able to train them any time soon, i wouldn't hold your breath
I think cats dislike citrus, so lemon or orande peel could work. Some sonic devices claim to work but have produced mixed results but the only foolproof method is to move to a top storey flat without a garden
We recently had a cat appear in the garden which was looking very thin and lost. We found the owner and they lived about 23 miles away and the cat had been missing for 5 weeks. Therefore cats are semi wild as they are able to survive in cases like this, could a dog?
