Both shops shut with a police presence today.
Yep, it's Easter school holidays and Boundary is two barbers down. I'm calling a false flag and it was secretly a gang hired by Anna and the bloke with the shop at the top of Vale Rd.
*taps nose*
Don't believe the hype, sheeple.
Ah, the flat top craze. Freddie’s did my one and only attempt at it. It didn’t suit me.
It was useful though as one of my first mates I met in the Goldstone was 6ft 2 with a flat top and therefore very easy to find in the North Stand
My son is a little older (17) but will only go to Gentlemen's despite the huge number of options.
Haircut wise I’m pretty sure it comes down to the individual barbers operating from a shop at any one time.
So there are three Turkish Barbers in one village near you, two in some others and none in some villages in Sussex, rather than “three in most villages” 👍.
Are there really?
None in Ditchling when we picked up our eggs last week. Not sure there were three shops in total in the Devon villages we drove through to get to The Manor back in February. Don’t even think there’s a Turkish in Steyning from memory.
There are f***ing loads in Boundary Road...
Yeah it’s a difficult balance. No lines crossed so far though.
I would point out for those unfamiliar with the area that there seem to be too many barbers on the road for them all to make money. But you can also say the same thing for off licences, charity shops, distinctly average cafes, fast...
I sent a photo of the Argus comments to the other mods as that mentioned multiple weapon injuries at a barber's. Also ties in with a text I got checking in that my kids weren't out near there, which daughter often is.
Thanks for respecting the levels I asked for. Thread can stay for now but...
