My son's didn't arrive in the post today but were sent out (it was only mine that was pick up). They were sent on 9th first class. One call to Supporter Services and they were added to the duplicate pick up...
Chelsea didn’t arrive, Charlton didn’t arrive and now my son’s hadn’t arrived while I’m on a “random” pick up.
Away tickets probably are the one thing we’ve been consistently terrible at this season
So have I but my son hasn’t! He’s going to have to come with me to collect anyway.
No problem at all with the club policy but I do wish they’d include every ticket in a booking or none of them. Now got to wait to see if his comes today or tomorrow or I’m on the blower to Supporter Services...
