As a serious point, and completely off topic to the thread title, "Up Pohnpei" by Paul Watson is an absolutely tremendous book about international football at the wrong end of the rankings. I commend it to anyone and it was one of a few things that kept me sane in lockdown.
Looks pretty similar to me. Morocco probably the better side but undone by a combination of quality attacking and poor defending twice in the game.
Of course Morocco don’t have a “world class” player who can’t hit the target from 12 yards unopposed :moo:
The last £10 I had in my World Cup bet pot (which started off at a whopping £20) is on this. Fiver on Morocco at 11/2. Fiver on less than 1.5 goals at 2/1. So, to have anything left to stick on the final I need no more goals or two for Morocco.
