Just back from Bincho Yakitori. Every bit as good as before the lockdowns. My word I missed it. I am now full of salt and umami and meat and saki.

The cooking and presentation is faultless in my opinion but just be warned that it isn't cheap. The deserts are incredible. Duncan, the chef, worked on the pastry section at The Fat Duck. It will be a set menu (unless changed post lockdown) but make sure you have room for the pudding course.
