Began to go pear-shaped after Beale had his head turned by the Wolves job (top to 7ish in the weeks that followed). He facked off to Rangers, new guy comes in to try and steady the ship, makes a mess of it.

Beale went from QPR a while back, too.
Funny, because he was praised for his loyalty when given the chance to go to Wolves. But from the point he pledged his future to QPR they went on a horrendous run.
Then hot-footed it to Rangers!
It might have been asked before, but how/why have the top two lasted so long? I'm not really up with Harrogate's and Wycombe's history over the past decade or so, but is it just a case of them both doing 'OK' enough to neither get sacked, nor poached by anyone else?
