Every body i know speeds,except my missus (i got caught in her car-as stated earlier) she is one of those "slightly" annoying religious "stick to the limit" types-no matter what,anyway,yes a lot of counties vary, some have a percentage of the speed +2 mph some don't etc....the fees probably vary...
