There is no perfect solution when there is a small allocation like this. But even if you half the tier it makes it fairer. As I say I have no skin the game as I’m still comfortably tier 1 but I don’t like when they mess up. Maybe I’m trying to be too perfect but selling all 3 games on the same...

ps) it won't matter for Spurs and Sheff Utd but for a low allocation game and likely strong demand for Luton they should have done better.
