Why does a phone queue mean they were selling tickets by phone. Seems I'm the only one without problems, logged in at 9.25, 1100 in front of me, 20 minutes later onto the site, chose my normal seats and paid for them. The site now keeps you credit card number - bonus - IMO big improvement on...
