I used to be a postie but what you are expected to do now is just ridiculous. My manager was horrible. She would look for a fight every day. Luckily she’s gone to hove now. Horrible woman was Zoe.

That will massively slow up the delivering process with postie having to scan everything. But I’m sure management know what they are doing 🙄

Posties are leaving in their droves and Royal Mail are not rehiring. The office hours are being reduced to virtually zero. It’s the “higher ups” making the decisions to bring in profits for shareholders.
