You shouldn't confuse cunning with intelligence. Many people have become rich through low cunning; many intelligent people have lead worth-while, honest and blameless lives without ever getting rich.

Great! British judges order £31M to be handed over the a Latvian (alleged) money launderer! Lovely to see the Oystons skinned for £31M, but I wish they could have found a more worthy recipient(s).
