Nonsense! FIFA rules only cover members of FIFA- if anybody leaves FIFA they are no longer bound by its rules. FIFA might rant and rave, and label all other football matches a 'unofficial', but they could do sweet FA to stop anybody kicking football in an eleven aside context.
