All very worrying, I tried to get my head round what you've said but I'm still none the wiser. Time will tell. Must leave this wine alone while cooking :)
It comes from the horses mouth, the club. I want to know if we are losing so much money and have to cut back now then how the hell are we going to afford this £3m without making even more cuts and weakening our playing side. Can someone explain how this extra £3m will be funded and not effect...
oh, ok, My fault, should have re-read your post properly. Agree about holding developing squad games there as it'll be beneficial for the whole teams that that are progressing to reach the first team.
I can't see why not, it'll bring money into the club as well as fans could pay to watch like at Lancing and more people would turn up just to see what the complex looks like.
Read all that and not happy that clubs can just roll up and cheery pick our best players for peanuts. Has the club given any indication on whether or not we'll be meeting these rules to become Cat 1 status?
Just found this bit - 'FA rules state that a club with Category 1 status must have several full time employees that, under Category 3, can be made part-time or removed all together'
Thought we have full employees at the new training ground so then it should be Cat 1?
