Very happy to have got a PB of 3:42 on my 5th BM Fantastic day and amazing crowds again! Don’t think I’ll be doing it again. I can barely walk today

Good luck everyone who is running!! This will be my 5th BM and probably my most well prepared since the first. Last year I had a real ordeal because of minimum preparation. The final 5 miles were pure hell and I finished in 4:26. Hoping to go under 3:45 this time but we will see!!
