Actually, I have said I am disappointed we haven't signed more players at this stage. However, it's the constant moaning on here from some that is really boring.
How was not winning the title a disgrace? We went up last season and you call the end of season a disgrace. We could just as easily have had that run of defeats earlier in the season as the Championship is so random. We won promotion. That's what matters
Yes, and in tougher situations the players won't have achieved their aims and effectively have lost focus. To say Hughton lost the dressing room is ridiculous because that's what clubs say when they sack a manager. The players lost a bit of focus. The Norwich game was always going to be a defeat...
Almost certainly not, I'd say. Looking back at some of the moaning on here over the last couple of seasons when we failed to win a game or two, I'd say our fans have definitely not got what it takes to accept defeats.
But this is a completely different situation. The main aim of the season was achieved. Look at some of the Premier League clubs when 40 points is achieved (West Brom and Stoke being two obvious examples). They are playing for higher position and potentially a top half finish and still fall apart...
