No, what they are saying is that this feeds into a deliberate narrative of blame shifting. Which I agree with.
No-one is saying all the Liverpool fans were angels, but many independent observers are saying that all the blame is being unfairly placed on them.
A bit like some on this thread.
What bothers me is how folk instantly default to a convenient indoctrination when incidents like this happen.

Sky video showing Liverpool fans outside the gates waiting with tickets and not allowed in. Fans inside telling of terrifying experience with singular queuing system, crushes and poor policing.
Looks like some fans did get in without tickets, but not the main issue.

There is a wall around the Paris stadium that shields part of the concourse that leads to the gates so...
1) They are not climbing into the stadium
2) They may well have tickets
3) Journalists reporting terrible organisation
4) No-one really knows what the whole picture is.
