Old school metal for me tonight. Judas Priest, Saxon and Uriah Heep!

Saw Dream Syndicate and Rain Parade at District Liverpool last night. Took me back to the 80’s. Any other fans of the Paisley Underground?!

I was standing in the middle for MM and he sounded OK to me! I must say I was impressed with Spurs Stadium, especially the choice of food and beer.

I was there too and not impressed. Sound was OK where I was sat (rear corner where those with standing tickets could sit) but Axl’s voice was shot. Saw them at the London stadium a few years ago and they were great. Won’t bother again.

On my way home from Muse at the Etihad. Managed to get wristbands for the pit as steward was handing them out in the beer queue. Brilliant to watch from the front with no crush as loads of room.

It was all seated in Manchester.

I have bagged a ticket to see David Byrne in Manchester in June. One of my biggest regrets is not seeing Talking Heads live so this will be the next best thing.

Anyone remember this from 1970?

More artists need to do this to stop the scumbag touts.

Off to see Madness in Rhyl on Saturday which could be quite lively (bound to be a few punch ups with plenty of pissed Scousers) and just bought tickets for Black Stone Cherry and Shinedown in January.
