I regularly catch the 19:26 from Brighton for evening games and I have never (repeat NEVER) missed kick off until last night. There's almost always a few straggling Albion fans but never a queue.

This. I got the 19:08 from Southwick, which was on time, arrived at Brighton on time but didn't leave until 20:10, stayed for a couple of beers after the game and caught a train which arrived in Brighton at 23:15, my train back to Southwick was at 00:04, I was home by 00:30. Well under 6 hours...
