It's not really frequent enough for me to notice but I'd estimate around 6-8 days between charges.

I just got the Vivosmart HR (mainly for running) and I really like it. The GPS & HR monitor are accurate, the battery life is very good and it syncs seemlessly with Strava and Nike+ through Garmin Connect. Unlike some I've not found the display too dim.
