It's the events that are 'special' not so much the actual match. But even so, and I accept it's all about opinions, I disagree. I think West Brom were the most boring side we've played. I thought Stoke especially were anything but negative and boring. And even the average games are MUCH better...
Good points. I know some Brighton fans liked the endless grind, the constant, relentless flow of league games (I guess that's why some prefer the Championship), but I never did. I like that fact there's less and each one is 'special'.
Really cannot understand the love for the Championship. It is simply an inferior version of the PL: by and large the richer big teams do better than the poorer small teams, it's just that the standard is worse. I guess a lot of Brighton fans have been so used to watching 2nd, 3rd, 4th rate...
