    The initial bid was too low. But I doubt it was Poyet handling it. I suspect it is more likely he identified his targets and someone further up then starting the bidding and negotiating.

    Would not surprise me if he was interested. Would surprise me a lot if Tony Bloom sold Ulloa unless it was for a ridiculous bid. By that I mean £7million upwards.
