All of the above, yes. But if I had to pick one, it would be procrastination. On hearing my (non-)revelation at having missed out on my seats, Mrs B reminded me that last week I said "There's no rush - I've got a whole week to do it."

Woke up on the sofa, saw this thread title, thought "I have about 5 minutes to act" and found out I'm actually 55 minutes late! Looks like I may be an Amex tourist for these games!
