I'm not sure.
I'd say it was quite meaty and chewy in the same way as the Quorn ones are. It's been so long since I ate meat, I'm not well placed to say how meat-like either are.
I had the Impossible Burger in California this year.
Mine didn't "bleed" so I'm not sure if that meant it had been overcooked or not. In terms of texture and taste, I'm not sure it was much different to the Quorn quarter-pounders that are a staple of our Fun Food Friday nights.
