Agreed. I think proximity to the North Stand, for atmosphere, and North goal, for storming second halfs, are the two main reasons.

WSU D block's comparison is F, which only has 34 seats remaining. It's interesting that in every case in the East and West stands, across both lower and upper, the North block is more popular than the equivalent block South of the halfway line.

I think, as seat guru kingcole has testified, there is more than one block currently being held back, presumably in the interests of stimulating demand through the perception of scarcity.
