Really enjoyed it. Particularly liked the bit at the end which linked to GOT with the story of the dream and a glimpse of the dagger which will kill the Night King ( I think ). Hopefully a few seasons will be made and it'll follow the style of GOT with important characters at the start...

He notably didn't give his public approval to the last season or 2 of Game of Thrones. He's back on board which can only be seen as a positive.

I'm sure I read somewhere that GRR Martin has given this series - or at least the episodes he has seen - his thumbs up.
