I think what Bozza means is that you can't get a refund/ resell etc matchday tickets. So if you are not a ST and you bought a ticket for a game and then decide you can't go, you have no chance of reselling etc.

But if you logon and look for seats for sale, yours will either be there for sale or not in which case, they have already been sold...

You can check if your seats are on sale, surely... if not, sold...
