Was much more LB than CB at Rangers. Ajax have tried CB more and maybe that’s where it’s gone wrong. Also gives us more flexibly with playing a back 3 with wing backs for tough away games in Europe etc

Id imagine it would be for left back competition and centre back cover rather than our main defender target
