I am in a quandary here as I think that we need Murray and I do not think it is the right time to put him on the bench but I do believe that we looked a lot better when Ulloa came on. against Spurs.
Him and Townsend often interchange. So if he attacks down their right Bong and Dunk deal with him and Duffy and Goldson move more central if he attacks down their left Schelotto and Goldson take him and Duffy and Dunk move more central. We are covered on either wing.
Would you play Schelotto further forward and Bruno as you say to double up on Zaha rather than Goldson as a 3rd CB to cover Dunk Duffy and Schelotto as required. which would still allow ES to get forward from right back as the opportunity arises.
Thats uncalled for as nobody is suggesting such a move what we want is the manager to be more proactive and try to change things when the game is running away from us like today.. I would go as far as to say that we were very fortunate to have got a point today.
He has looked below par since being suggested for England but having said that Ulloa was no better when he came on. I was surprised CH didnt throw Locadia into the match on 75 mins to go for the winner.and taken off either March or Izquierdo and go more direct. straight for goal.
As posted on another thread spending a large amount of money on a striker and not having the confidence to bring him on when you need a goal which could secure your future there is something seriously wrong.
