Wiki is obviously wrong as following your post I checked whose scored and you are correct sorry about the misinformation from wiki.

Wikiu says he is with Porto but on loan to Vitoria SC and scored 13 goals in 25 appearances.

On twitter Not sure how reliable but one account say that we are interested in Moussa Meraga who is on loan at Vitoria SC from Porto and scored 13 goals in 25 appearances . Also reports that Jamie Murphy deal to Rangers has fallen through
