Being pedantic what time is that as there is no such time as 12pm it is 1159am 1200 noon then 1201 pm or 1159pm 12 midnight then 1201 am.

I believe the forecast is much the same tomnorrow so if it is as bad as today I doubt the game will go ahead so when would rthey call it off? Would they leave it late like the last game or do it early to save Cardiff travelling? Last time it got worse as the day went on.
