I will have Christmas pud with dinner and mince pies later then Sherry Trifle on Boxing Day. Mother was very superstitious and said that for each different make of mince pie you got a months good luck so I have 12 different from family home made and shop bought.

I shall have Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce followed by mince pie with brandy sauce and then 2 hours later cheese and biscuits with port followed by sherry trifle. Son is going to France tomorrow to get his tobacco plus wine and my cheese for Cristmas.
