Unfortunately I had to run The Warwick Castle in Portobello Rd for 3 weeks in the late 60s as a holiday refieif, not when the Carnival was on, and that was horrendous so wouldnt have wanted to do it during the carnival.

Really I do not pay that much attention as the carnival doesnt interest me. Who pays for the policing as they seem keen to get clubs to pay at football matches.

Would assume that is a huge increase on previous.
