If you read my post it is my wife who likes them. She doesnt eat sausages generally unless cooked on sons BBQ and she happens to like them never would she have sausages in a sandwich or with mash or egg and chips.
I have been telling my wife I should buy a mincer/sausage machine on e bay and make my own but she says the cost is not worth it for the number we buy. OT shr says the same with a pasta machine.
My favorite are the cumberland sausages from the butchers in the market in Burgess Hill. Wife likes Malpass sausages on the cost road at Portslade. Dont like and mass pro like Walls Richmond etc. I like black pudding on a breakfast but never class it as a sausage as such, although...
