I've got used to these ads in threads now, and they're pretty unobtrusive. HOWEVER, I've just experienced one which showed a full screen video as soon as the mouse pointer went over it. @Bozza I assume these are slipping through the net?

I like how The Argus puts a banner at the bottom of the page telling you to stop using an Ad Blocker. I'm not sure they realise that's FAR less annoying than all the ads on their website.

This thread has actually got me to install an ad blocker. The BBC site is now so much faster, much more like the the ad-free UK version. I have whitelisted NSC though :thumbsup:
