The Buccaneer was next to The Hungry Years, don't remember it being the Arlington. Do you remember the Escape club or Audio, it's there. It was called The Pier many years back, I don't remember it though.

No, The Buccaneer was opposite the Sea Life Centre, it became Audio nightclub. I can't remember what it's called now. Derek Carver, don't know to be honest, I haven't been down that road for ages.

I have seen a photo of punks outside The Buccaneer, I am going back to around 1978 but I have seen one. Don't think I've seen it on here it was probably in the Argus.

Still there but called The Hub, according to Google Earth. I think that pub has had a few names since The Allen Arms. The Vougue Cinema was demolished but not the pub which was next door.
