    I was watching. The camera stayed on the referee. He booked Gilmour and never went to van Hecke. If he didn't book him then when did he?

    He should have been booked for that but wasn't. The only booking at the next stoppage was to Gilmour for a foul.

    The ref showed a yellow for another foul and never went over and booked van Hecke during that stoppage.

    Would be fine as a second yellow if the players knew he had the first. The ref never showed him the first.

    I hope we put in a complaint about the referee here. He clearly didn't show Van Hecke his first yellow and didn't tell him so he knew.
