Norwood was sold in January.
You could always take a look at this, then you would know the exact status of all our players (plus those who departed during the season  ) - Brighton & Hove Albion 2018-19 - February Premier League squad, U-21s and contract durations
He is still our player - he joined the Blades on loan after the window (to buy) had closed. However, there is an agreement in place for United to purchase him when the January transfer window opens.
Do you know what the word "undisclosed" means?
I'm sticking my neck out here, but I'm going to suggest that the Argus journalists do little else other than "checking" news and information they receive. That's why they get pilloried for not publishing rumours, speculation and gossip. They work...
Someone with a brain might actually conclude that at the time of the deal, they reported the "sale" in exactly the manner that Reading publicly announced it, and subsequently further information came to light that there was in reality no fee involved.
I am not entirely sure what point you are...
At the time of Norwood's signing, the only reference I saw to a figure was a Reading fan posting on the HobNob forum that it was £1million, in instalments.
Since then, the Argus has reported that he was signed on a free.
I have no idea which, if either, is correct.
