This simply isn't true. The UEFA FFP rules are based around a break-even principle (ie their spending must be linked to the amount they earn). If club A earns twice as much as club B, they would be able to spend twice as much. There is not a fixed figure that applies to all clubs.
You are correct about Crofts.
Through the end of October, a new contract had NOT been registered for Dunk (at the moment, October is the latest FA Player Registrations document available on the FA website). I don't remember seeing anything suggesting he had signed a new deal recently.
