Yes, it is, and it seems to be the majority view on the thread. Maybe the loss of Mitoma, March, Estupinian, Hinshelwood (and Lamptey to an extent) is the primary reason for the current slow, ponderous play? Playing Gross as DM rather than further upfield could be another factor.
JP has been doing that continually for the last 2 matches, and Welbeck also, and the refs have played on 90% of the time. It seems that going through the back of a player to get the ball (or not get the ball) is back in favour again in PGMOL when you're playing against Brighton
I think we have. We have played out from the back every time (and regularly been dispossessed). Our front men have dropped short to receive the ball (and been fouled continually without punishment). We have moved the ball to the wings and recycled back to the CBs (rinse and repeat). We have...
That's more or less what I think, except imo the wingers have to turn back sometimes and recycle.
It should be his plan A and, I think, would be, more or less, if Mitoma and March were playing.
That is not how I meant it to be. There is lots of discussion about RDZ not having a plan B so I'm asking the NSC members their opinion on what it should be. It's not a dig. What is plan B?
Edit; or how should plan A change?
