    Look out for some Bernie Clifton style ostrich / chickens. One of them will be my mate. Some may have seen the outfits being given a test run at Hove Prom parkrun a couple of weeks ago. I hope they’re not all running at his pace as he normally finishes in the top ten of punishing ultra marathons.
