    [Politics] Johnson resigns from parliament

True, but I like to dream of justice.

    [Politics] Johnson resigns from parliament

Nobody is banning him standing again but the Privileges Committee will put their report of misleading the House to Parliament, which will result in his suspension. This in turn would lead to a by election in Uxbridge. He knew this, as witnessed by his defence lawyer, hence his words ‘I’m...

    [Politics] Johnson resigns from parliament

There is a charge of misconduct in public office which can be brought, without changing the rules. It could be an inevitable step if he pushes it.

    [Politics] Johnson resigns from parliament

Apparently the House of Lords Committee has rejected 8 nominations for peerages, Johnson put forward. Mind you, they did that with Lebedev and Crudditch (sp) but Johnson overruled them. He did manage to make a peer out of a 24 yr old blond, with no qualifications who worked as a SpAd. I wonder...

    [Politics] Johnson resigns from parliament

Much of that was the poisonous media. I didn’t particularly like him but the tabloids did a number on him, like they tried with Starmer and the Durham by-election. Even now you still read people believing that Starmer ‘got away with it’.

    [Politics] Johnson resigns from parliament

Johnson will do anything for money, and those that pay the price call the tune. Fringe players such as the ERG, the TPA and IEA were manipulating him, as were Lebedev and his son. Carrie was part of it with her Friends of Russia, and Dominic Cummings thought he was until Carrie thought he was...

    [Politics] Johnson resigns from parliament

He was Theresa May’s Foreign Secretary but was obviously doing his own thing all the time anyway. The security services knew he was a risk, and kept many documents away from him.

I wonder if her bloke will offer him something in the Reform Party?

    [Politics] Johnson resigns from parliament

I didn’t realise this, but it’s obvious with a committee of seven. Blaming Harriet Harman is a vicious swipe, from a spiteful man.
