2021 dull? That was an incredible season.
2019 and 20 were pretty dull from a season long competition level - it was clear Hamilton was going to be champion but at least the individual races had some interest. Six of the 21 races in 2019 and four of the 17 races were won by someone other than...
I quite enjoyed it Icy.
The trick is to ignore the redbull 7 laps clear and pretend the squabbling over the podium and lower places are actually the battle for first.
In qualifying maybe but the Mercedes only won 13 of 17 races. The most it won in a row was five. It was undoubtedly the strongest car of the field but it wasn't this strong. This Redbull is phenomenal.
I agree about Perez. He's doing a terrible job at the moment.
I'm coming to the...
It's ridiculous how much faster the red bull is than the other cars. The mercedes were never this dominant, nor the red bull in the Vettel years. I don't remember the Ferrari's dominating like this either. At least when they were all winning title after title other teams were able to win...
Max in that red bull is by far and away the fastest driver on track. He seems to be qualifying multiple tenths quicker than everyone else and is essentially tootling around in his slippers on race day.
Was Hamilton's, Vettel's or Schumachers years of winning this dominant? I feel like in all...
Maybe Max should start form 10th next race. Then if he still wins the following race can be 11th. Then 12th, 13th etc until we get something at least resembling an interesting race.
Put an exceptional driver in a car that's miles better than the next competitor and this is what you get...
That was like a real life version of me playing F1 on the playstation.
Esteban, you have a penalty for not starting the race in the right position.
Esteban you have another penalty for not serving the first one properly.
Esteban you have a third penalty for speeding in the pit lane while...
If we could bin off red bull then we might have a fun season. Alonso and Hamilton going toe to toe 15 years after the last time would be pretty fun to watch.
It went to ten places in 2010?! My memory is becoming defunct, I would have sworn it was earlier - mid or late 90's at the latest. I remember when it was only the top 6 getting points but associated that with the Prost, Senna, Mansell, Piquet era. Maybe because that's when I started watching...
If there were 26 cars would they change the points system so the midfield would still be competitive?
When did it change form 6 cars getting points to ten?
Brazil!
I love Spa but that's at least partly down to it being my favourite track when I play F1.
Bahrain is pretty good for actual races. Silverstone too. Austria has three DRS zones and three big straights so options for overtaking. COTA is also usually pretty good. Monza can be...
