Correct UEFA never do. But FIFA have certainly done so in South Africa(outside) & Russia(inside & outside). This one was meant to be outside stadiums but never in
Alcohol was never going to be sold in the stadium, out of respect to the locals.
It is just at concessions outside of the stadium where it was going to be sold, and is no longer.
