    was going to say something to that effect. once the original owner sells, there's not much can be done to keep any business tied to its origins. get the impression theres a size ceiling for brewers, if they want to go beyond they have to sell now to get the scale. though i'm always surprised...

    all this made me think i should get in a mini keg of Partridge. disappointed to see they've followed trend to sell 8 variations on IPA. even their new Best is described as citrusy. not worth saving.

    Arundel IPA is lovely too, bit different to all the other IPAs.

    start a new one in Evening Star... if this matters to people, the way forward is for a collective buy in to a brewery to keep it from large corporations as it grows.
