The only way you could enforce it is tracking people’s purchase history, and if they only ever buy tickets to the (e.g. Liverpool) game every season then maybe that could be looked into. Or impose a “you can’t buy a big 6 ticket without purchasing and attending games against other teams” rule...

Two people sat next to me, never seen before, but like the scouse bloke who I’ve only ever seen for the Liverpool game last season. Made sure I sang a bit louder.
