Not really, because the the trains do not detrain punters, they run from Hammersmith, Liverpool st to Edgware Road. It is more to do with excessive track and wheel wear, if a train is constantly on a inner or outer rail it has an effect on the track, wheels and brakes, by swapping from inner to...- Baker lite
