    I don't see it like that, Cucu is not in a back 3. Iooks a mess to me: Lamptey and Cucu trying to get forward and March, Gross trying to cover for them. To me it's a mess. I'd bring on Veltman to make a true back 3, then Lamptey and Cucu can play as true wing backs...IMO like
