It's all about priorities l think. The coaching staff will always have easy access to a defribilator and getting prompt treatment to the stricken fan is the be all and end all. If the game needs to be stopped whilst treatment is being carried out, then who cares?

I'm not so sure that there are more, or if it's a case of them being dealt with differently and more efficiently. I suspect it's the latter.
